Step:

1. Start with clean and dry nails.
2. Cut out the design you want to use and remove the transparent protective layer on top of the design.
3. Place the design in water for 10-20 seconds, or until the design starts to slide off the backing paper.
4. Using tweezers, carefully place the design on your nail.
5. Gently press down on the design to remove any bubbles and smooth out any wrinkles.
6. Wait for the design to dry completely before applying a topcoat to seal it in.
