Item purpose: Cat eye UV gel tool
Place your base coat (UV/LED light 60s)
Shake your Cat Eye bottle.
Apply one layer of your cat eye color. (NO UV/LED light)
Hold the magnet stick close to the nail in the position where you want the 3 D effect.
Once you have the effect you want, cure under LED (30 sec.) or UV Lamp (2 min.)
Repeat until you are satisfied.
Apply top coat and cure.
